Entrepreneurial legal advice
We are there for the whole ride

For founders and their companies

From the start…

In the very beginning, you may need help with:

  • choosing the right company type for your business;

  • setting up a founder agreement; and/or

  • raising your first investment (whether as a convertible, a SAFE, or in a priced round).

Of course, we provide our services on an hourly basis, like any law firm. However, for early-stage companies, we have developed the legal readiness program. For more mature companies, we offer a CLO on demand (as an alternative for hiring inhouse counsel).

through the growth phase …

Once you are set up, you may need help with:

  • partners, customers & suppliers (review and negotiation of contracts);

  • your team (employees, free-lancers, incentive plans (SAR, ESOP, equity, bonus) and hiring C-level executives);

  • personal data (GDPR); and

  • further fundraising (Seed, Series A), from term-sheet to full investment documentation

until the exit

The ideal exit is a successful sale of the company, of course.

We are also there for you, if:

  • a founder is leaving; or

  • when the company has to stop.
