Of course, we provide our services on an hourly basis, like any law firm. However, for early-stage companies, we have developed the legal readiness program. For more mature companies, we offer a CLO on demand (as an alternative for hiring inhouse counsel).

Zebra Legal is a Netherlands based law firm. Bastiaan and Ralph are registered with the Dutch Bar. Their registered speciality is corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (the Bar does not have separate register for venture capital). Therefore, the Dutch Bar requires them to get at least 20 permanent education credits each calendar year, of which 10 in this area.
